SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

StingLeads LLC ("StingLeads") operates an SMS text messaging program that contacts homeowners to schedule free home service quotes. Services include tree service, pressure washing, landscaping, roofing, and other home maintenance services. Messages are sent to facilitate appointment scheduling between homeowners and home service professionals.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number to StingLeads | whether through our website, by responding to our outreach, or through one of our service partners | you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from StingLeads related to home service appointment scheduling.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out at any time (see Section 5 below).

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Types of Messages

• Initial outreach about available home services in your area.
• Appointment scheduling, confirmation, and reminder messages.
• Follow-up messages related to booked appointments.
• Service-related communications (rescheduling, cancellations).

Messages are transactional and service-related. We do not send promotional marketing blasts unrelated to appointment scheduling.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Recurring messages may be sent for appointment coordination.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message ("You have been unsubscribed") and no further texts will be sent. Opting out may prevent us from scheduling or confirming appointments on your behalf.

7. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. StingLeads is not responsible for any messaging or data charges from your wireless carrier.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Phone numbers collected through our SMS program are used solely for appointment scheduling and service-related communications.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or any personal information obtained via SMS with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently unless you re-opt-in. We maintain records of all opt-out requests as required by law.

10. TCPA Compliance

StingLeads complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable FCC regulations regarding SMS communications. We obtain proper consent before sending messages, honor opt-out requests immediately, and maintain required records.

11. CTIA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) best practices and short code monitoring guidelines, including proper opt-in/opt-out mechanisms, message frequency disclosure, and privacy protections.

12. Disclaimer

StingLeads provides SMS-based appointment scheduling on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee message delivery, appointment fulfillment, or the quality of any home service performed by third-party service professionals. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of home service professionals who receive appointments through our platform.
